1915 (Saturday)

Western Front French take part of Beaujésour, near Perthes (Champagne).
Eastern Front  ▶  Russians retake Przasnysz. 5,400 prisoners reported. First Battle of Przasnysz ends (see 22 February).  ▶  Russians report capture of 4,000 prisoners near Dolina (southern Galicia).
Southern Front Dardanelles operations hindered by bad weather.
Naval and Overseas Operations  ▶  SS Dacia intercepted in the Channel by the French and taken into Brest (see 11 February and 22 March).  ▶  Admiralty proclaim blockade of German East Africa.
