Western Front	Pursuit of the Germans from the Marne: the French recover Épernay, Châlons, etc.
Eastern Front	Galicia: Russians close in on Grodek.
Southern Front	Serbia: Fierce battle with Austrian invaders at Krupani.
Naval and Overseas Operations	Bismarck Archipelago: Australian expedition captures Herbertshöhe.
