Usage
- This template is for linking to German submarine pages with the specific prefix SMU (Seiner Majestät Unterseeboot) – His Majesty's Submarine.
- The only parameter is the vessel's name
{{SMU|vessel name}}. The name will be italicised, the prefix will not. - Vessel number examples would be U-65 or UB-73 etc.
- For linking any vessel with a hull number, pennant number, or launch year, see {{Ship}}.
