Dago

From The Great War On This Day

Dago: A sea term, not usually meant too politely; applied to seafaring men of Southern European Latin races, hailing from along the Mediterranean littoral. The term is sometimes used among English people in India for various kinds of foreigners, mostly of an undesirable sort.[1]
