- Russians retake Przasnysz. 5,400 prisoners reported. First Battle of Przasnysz ends (see 22 February).
- Russians report capture of 4,000 prisoners near Dolina (southern Galicia).
- Dardanelles operations hindered by bad weather.
- SS Dacia intercepted in the Channel by the French and taken into Brest (see 11 February and 22 March).
- Admiralty proclaim blockade of German East Africa.
