Template documentation

The {{Sources}} template is used extensively throughout the site on pages included in the The Great War On This Day and Great War Index projects. Its purpose is to inform the reader of the primary sources used for these projects and to give an advisory note regarding the accuracy of the information, and in some cases, how some readers may find some images distressing due to the nature of the subject.

All pages within these projects should have {{sources}} contained within the <noinclude>...</noinclude> tags. This is specifically to prevent it showing up via transclusion on other pages, namely the Main Page where calendar events are refreshed daily.

There are no user parameters.

The above documentation is transcluded from Template:Sources/doc.
