There are two ways to include this licence for your work: as wikitext in the Summary box or via the Licensing drop-down list.

As wikitext: Copy and paste the following {{cc-zero}} under a "Licensing" level 2 heading.
Drop-down selection: Select "Work is in the public domain / No copyright (CC-Zero)" from the list.

Double-check all the information in the summary is correct and click on "save".
