The Dvina is a river in northern Russia.

1914
| 3 September | Crossing is forced by the Germans at Lennewaden and Friedrichstadt. |
| 21–22 September | Russian succeses on. |
| 29 September–25 October | Heavy fighting, along from Dvinsk to Friedrichstadt. |
