- 1915
- 5 January – Operations begin.
- 14 January – Swakopmund is seized.
- 17 April – Two armies, the northern (Botha) from Swakopmund, the southern (Smuts) from south-east border;
- 1st S. Column (Mackenzie) from Lüderitz Bay, 2nd S. Column (Van Deventer) from Warmbad, 3rd S. Column (Berrange) from Kimberley;
- Seeheim is occupied.
- 20 April – Keetmanshoop is occupied.
- 1 May – Gibeon is occupied.
- 5 May – Karibib is occupied.
- 10 May – Fighting in above places; Windhoek surrenders.
- 9 July – Whole Colony surrenders.
- 10 July – Terms of surrender published.
