1916

| 8 March | Turkish right flanks and Dujailah Redoubt unsuccessfully attacked by the British. |
| 22 April | Failure of final British attack on Sannan-i-Yat. |
| 24 April | The steamer Julnar fails to break blockade of. |
| 29 April | Surrenders to the Turks. |
| 22 December | British positions south and east are consolidated; Turkish position south-west is bombarded. |
