From The Great War 1914-1918
Revision as of 11:32, 12 August 2023 by Borderman (talk | contribs) (1 revision imported: importing project from sister site)

Blotto: Drunk. Possibly from the idea of soaking up liquor like blotting paper. There is also a suggestion of the effect of over-indulgence in blotting things out from memory.[1]
