| 15 September | Occupied by the Germans. |
| 30 September | Evacuated. |
| 2 October | French reverse near Arras. |
| 6–8 October | Bombarded by the Germans. |
| 20–26 October | German efforts to take Arras. |
| 25 November | Bombarded again by the Germans. |
| 28 November | Centre of German efforts. |
1915
| Fighting near Arras, intermittent throughout the year, especially violent in February, June, July, September and October. | |
| Heavy bombardments, especially in July and September. | |
| 25 September | Big French "push" commences. |
