AVC

From The Great War On This Day

AVC are the initials for Army Veterinary Corps. It also stood for "All Very Cushy," a humorous perversion of the same initials.[1] The Army Veterinary Corps' title include the "Royal" prefix in 1918 for "splendid service performed in the War."[2]
